"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Hopefully clean but stained shower grout. Breakfast was great! Parking was fine and relatively cheap for the night. We lucked out and got parking just in front of hotel for free. WiFi was non existent or very, very slow however."

"Beautiful elegant buildings just outside Florence in Bagno a Ripoli. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. The shuttle bus takes you towards the city and then you have a 20 min walk into Florence itself. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great location- very close to restaurants, Gelato shop, attractions. Very comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. More than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
