"The hotel is in an excellent location with many banks and restaurants in the vicinity. It was also very handy yo have a taxi rank outside the hotel which made getting about very easy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and I felt they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. "Very safe, secure and friendly hotel in Antananarivo. Bonus of having an ATM (Visa inly) and a french patisserie on site. Good with their airport shuttle service too. "

"The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!"

"The stay in the hotel was very good. The staff was very informative and helpful, even though my French was not up to par with theirs. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. The gym was adequate for a hotel. The location and the neighbourhood are sketchy, but there is security. If you use the hotel airport shuttle, remember it will cost you 25 Euros; nothing is free in Madagascar."
