"Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. "The resort was very nice, with a beautiful environment. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time as a family. The one issue that really bothered us was the mattresses in our room. Both the double bed and the single bed were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in very poor condition. My wife and I developed severe back pain during our stay and were only able to sleep for about 2–3 hours each night because of the mattresses. I would recommend that the hotel...

"Reise vår var på en uke. Vi var 2 voksne og en 4 åring. Velkomsten var veldig bra. Vi ble godt tatt i mot. Rommet var stor, men gammel og slit. Det var generelt hele hotellet ,en gammel hotell. Renhold var også ikke helt topp. Lå noen nøtteskall under sengen og bordet. Var familievennlig og hadde fine bassenger. Stor barne lekeplass utendørs og innadørs. Søndager hadde entertainere fri og det var ingen show som var ulempen. Var helt grei hotell trenger oppussing. 4,5 stjerne 🌟"

Das essen war eine reine Katastrophe sodass ich mich an einem Tag 2 mal übergeben musste + meine Mutter einmal mit Magenschmerzen ins Krankenhaus kam, dies wurde auch bestätigt! Sauberkeit vom Pool ist eine reine Katastrophe der Pool wir nicht gereinigt. Der Service am Pool ist MÜLL!!! "We had a lovely time at Falcon Hotel, the staff were really lovely. All the activities specifically the Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, and Volleyball were super fun and the team leaders were very friendly. In terms of the hotel itself, it was clean and in a good location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!"
