Nice pre flight hotel

A good 1 night stay before flying the next day. Comfortable bed, great bathroom with powerful shower & plenty of hot water. A good breakfast. You could see it being prepared & replenished. We will stay there again

It was a very nice place to stay at for the low price. Very comfortable, nice pools and overall good experience. Only downside was that the air conditioning takes a while to kick in but other than that everything was very good.

The breakfast is so tasty basic turkish but delicious if u are middle Eastern and like this type of food. The rooms smells so much of smoke bad ventilation but maybe in the summer is better if the air conditioner is on. The room is not 100% clean the kitchen as well but like other tourism countries I have been to nothing is fully cleaned

Very had to explain yourself to them there don’t speak English, we stopped four night bed & breakfast, breakfast was served same items every day , so it we do boring eating same food for four morning. Not one item was different, found that so odd, we had to ask for water every day when it should replaced in the rooms daily

Stayed there last year and was treated a lot better, this year was definitely different, housekeeping you have to ask for even though they state every 3 days , kitchen wasn’t fully stocked as the apartment I had least year , that I was told it was being renovated,yet I saw people moving into it a day later , very disappointed the lied and this year no sun lounge chairs and ashtrays kept disappearing daily that was also a problem , really don’t think I will stay there next year.

Also wir in der Unterkunft ankamen war das Zimmer nicht wirklich zufrieden stellend. Die Wände total dreckig übersät mit Flecken, das Waschbecken fiel fast ab. Und alles sollte mal wieder enkalkt werden. Beschrieben wird ein Hotel am Meer. Zu fuß kommt man definitiv nicht zum Privatstrand. Dieser war ganz schön und ruhig mit toller Musik. Um 11 Uhr fährt dort ein Bus hin und 17 Uhr wieder zurück. Das ist definitiv zu wenig. Vom Frühstück brauchen wir erst gar nicht anzufangen. Jeden Tag das selbe mit wenig Auswahl. Jedoch die Melone ist zu empfehlen. Der Pool an für sich sehr sauber und ausreichend aber wird jeden Tag Chlor rein geschüttet. Dadurch ist alles ölig. Das Personal sehr nett da gab es nix auszusetzen. Im Zimmer steht beschrieben das alle 3 Tage die Reinigung kommt. Dem war nicht so. Nur auf Nachfrage wurde gereinigt ansonsten gar nicht. Dementsprechend waren die Handtücher schnell dreckig. Der Müll stapelte sich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt und Toiletten Papier musste man selber nachfüllen. Insgesamt würde ich es eher schlecht bewerten und nicht noch einmal buchen.

I did not receive the room that I had booked for the images online. Do not reflect what you get when you actually check-in I tried to speak to them and get this resolved but they then said I would need to pay extra money to be moved rooms feels very extortionate after I’ve already paid for these rooms. The Wi-Fi barely worked the room that I was put in was very dirty. I have images and the staff were fighting.

Tesisin temizliği ve odaların genişliği gayet iyiydi, hakkını yememek lazım. Ancak hizmet kalitesi ve misafirperverlik ne yazık ki sıfırdı. Annemin doğum gününü kutlamak için geldiğimiz bu yerde, özellikle resepsiyondaki personelin kaba, suratsız ve tamamen ilgisiz tavırları yüzünden ortam bize aşırı gergin geldi. Girişte bir "Hoş geldiniz" bile demeyip elimize bir kağıt sıkıştırarak "Burada yazıyor her şey, okursunuz" gibi üstenci bir tavır takındı. Ertesi gün annemin sorduğu shuttle yeri sorusuna "Dün anlatmıştım galiba" diyerek ters bir üslupla cevap verdi. Otelden çıkış yapacağız annemden oda kartını uzattığında yalnızca “Tamam gidebilirsiniz” demiş. Taksi bulmaya çalışırken resepsiyon önünde arkasındaki çağrı butonunu göstermeye bile tenezzül etmedi. (İstanbul’da taksi çağırmak için buton yok.) Valizlerimiz için yardım istediğimizde ise bizimle otel patronu ilgilenmek zorunda kaldı ve personeli adına bize mahcup oldu. Bu kaba yaklaşım yüzünden huzursuz bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin vitrini olan resepsiyonda bu kadar temel görgü kurallarından uzak, güler yüzün "g"sine sahip olmayan insanların çalıştırılması çok üzücü.

İstediğimiz gibi tatil oldu odalar tertemiz, misafirperverlikleri çok güzel, otelin kahvaltısı ve dışındaki mutfağı da çok lezzetliydi çok güzel aile eş dost vakit geçirilebilecek bir yer tekrar Antalya ya gelsem tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.
