The location is ideal — quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, yet wonderfully convenient. Anse Forbans is within walking distance, one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches, with crystal-clear water ideal for a refreshing dip, snorkeling, or a long walk along soft, powdery white sand. My tip: don’t miss the sunrise — Anse Forbans is on the east side of Mahé, and watching the sun rise over the ocean is truly magical. There is also a local shop within walking distance, perfect if you are self-catering or simply fancy a cold SeyBrew to quench your thirst after a day at the beach. In addition, the DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa is just a short walk away, where you can easily walk in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and it was professionally cleaned every two days with fresh towels provided each time, which made our stay even more comfortable. "A lovely apartment with all the facilities that we needed for our stay. The Site Manager (Sam) was helpful, friendly and supportive throughout our visit. The apartment was a comfortable short 100m walk from the local beach and restaurants, shops etc. but was also very quiet and peaceful so the location ticked a loads of boxes too. We’re already thinking about our next visit."

"LOVED the ocean views. Holden's hospitality is superb. Note: the property is on a steep hill and I do not recommend that you WALK back up the hill from the beach as it really is steep. Great for people who rent a car, otherwise rely on cabs. Go to the K&K supoermarket (Indian-run and very clean) five minutes from the property for your groceries. Make sure you go out for at least one meal (lunch or dinner) every day. The food in the Seychelles is DELICIOUS. "
