"The first room they gave me was dirty, so when i complained to the front desk they gave me another room because "that room wasn't ready yet". This second room was still dirty, not terrible but the towels and tub had someone's hair in/on it. I complained about this the next morning and they promised they would make sure the room was clean when I got back that evening. They changed the towels and seemed to brush the hair from the tub but no evidence they actually cleaned it. Checked out that evening since I couldn't trust that they clean properly. Staff was polite, apologetic, and somewhat helpful. Not totally their fault since its the bar staff that have to run the front desk in the evenings. I was given a refund for the remaining nights. As a young women traveling alone I did not feel comfortable staying there."
