"Friendly and helpful check in staff. Nice ground floor room which was good as we have a dog Nice looking building with a car park. Grass area around the hotel car park needs tidying up. Did not use the bar or restaurant, but looked very nice"

They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and give us the best stay and are genuinely two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet (together with their lovely dog Pepsi) Their home is beautiful and spotless with a lovely garden. "Lovely location, near a lake with restaurants, kayaking. Property was lovely, nice pool and amenities. Staff were really friendly, they gave us free ice cream, milk when the shop was closed and extra water. They also let us have a late checkout which helped us out and found me a place to work whilst I was there. Great language skills and a very enjoyable stay."
