The hotel was really nice and clean, it had a really cool vibe, the staff were brilliant. The rooms were a good size with good facilities. It was a short walk towards the lake. Make sure you ask the hotel in advance for parking otherwise you will need to park in the multistory across the road

Nice, helpful staff. I’ve stayed at a few Moxys before, and the staff was always good. This was a decent location, but the room was small ( no room to open luggage), and there was no water pot or coffee maker. Least favorite of the Moxys that I’ve stayed in.

Great place to stay in beautiful Annecy

Very friendly staff and close to several amenities and the old city. The breakfast was very good. Just maybe include a kettle in the room for people who enjoy several cups of tea at night.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonably priced and was tasty, and the hotel was easy enough to find. Parking was quite difficult to find, but there is a paid parking garage not too far away. Plenty of food options nearby and easily walkable to old town and the lake.
