The unit was very nice, the check-in was very effective, and the location is great. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody 24hours available to address any problems that may arise, the breakfast was quite poor (almost no protein and the protein it had was plain yoghurt), the coffee machine didn’t work. These complaints must be seen in the context of the price, for the price paid I expect much more.

Peter was a wonderful host and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was very wonderful! It was the best bed we’ve slept on so far across Europe! Sooo confortable! We wished we could have stayed more than one night! Would recommend!!!!

Great place especially for first time visitors

These apartments are located in the old Annecy. They have been renovated to modern standards but maintain many of their old-time characteristics and architecture. The location is fantastic because you just leave and start exploring the old town. Almost all of the landmarks are within walking distance. Since there's a small kitchen you can also shop at the local markets and enjoy a quick meal at the apartment. Also, every morning a generous basket of pastries and yogurt is left at the door. Overall, this is a perfect place to soak up the local city vibe. A thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is not accessible by car, which can be an issue if carrying a lot of luggage. There is however a reasonably priced underground parking 1-2 min walk away.

We arrived just before 4.30pm and our room wasn’t ready. The owner made me a hot chocolate while we waited. The room itself was nicely appointed with a fireplace but was not totally clean crumbs around the cooker and kitchen and a few hairs on the bed. The description had said 2 local bottles of wine were included but that was not the case and when we asked the owner referred us back to Expedia. The room was priced around 278 euros which was overpriced for the room Breakfast was basic with a few croissants and some juice and bread and jams .. overall very disappointing

Location is a 10/10 Our room was a small but charming duplex for 4 persons, The managers are Peter and his wife, very friendly and caring The cafe that they manage on the ground floor has an amazing Apple Strudel and croissants, the highlight is definitely their hot chocolate. Loved it

I would have preferred better instructions for where to park and how to find the hotel, which is not well marked. Also, we received in email the day of our arrival requesting 30 minute notice before arrival. As we were driving and sightseeing all day, we did not check emails. It would have been better to provide all this information, including the request for 30 minute notice, at the time we made our reservation.

This hotel has only 5 rooms - but they are multiple bedroom suites. Ours was 3 floors with a bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is in the heart of the old town. We loved the hotel, the decor and its layout. We had air conditioning and 1 full bath and a half-bath (toilette). It was perfect and the host (Alexandria) was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time in Annecy.

Outstanding !!!

If anybody could find anything to complain about this wonderful place I would be totally amazed. We were even upgraded form a 4 sleeper to a 6 which was amazing. Unfortunately the hammam was not working but in the grand scheme of things that was not a problem at all. My grandchildren adored the place as my daughter and I did. Take me back there on the way back please!!!!!

The property is very nice but this definitely does not have the amenities and services of a five-star hotel. First of all it is a private residence. There is no concierge, no front desk, no spa, no gym, I know other rooms beside the rooms you stay in. The rooms are very nice but are missing some basic things especially since they rank themselves that's why I start. There was no lotion, no conditioner, and that toiletries were not luxury. Just average. They included breakfast it's just a basket of bread and jam they didn't leave at the door with some yogurt and butter. The residence does not have its own parking. You have to use private parking but at least it's close to the residence. The manager of the restaurants downstairs is the part-time property manager and he is friendly and nice but he's not there when the restaurant is closed. If you need something then call the number on the reservation you will get someone who will have to ask somebody else and get back to you for anything you need. This is more like a VRBO. The steam feature and the shower is nice but does not qualify this as a spa property. Location is great and overall we have a good stay but the descriptions of the property need to be updated so that expectations are realistic.

Bien situé mais trop cher pour rien qui marche

Pas du tout un 5 etoiles notamment parce que le service etait tres problematique (femme de menage qui vide les bouteilles à moitié pleines dans le frigo, serviettes enlevées non remplacées etc, pas un jour sans qu’on doive aller en bas réclamer quelque chose), les aménités ne marchaient pas (cheminée et hammam en panne). Par contre idéalement situé et assez cosy. Ne payez pas ce prix si vous cherchez un 5etoiles ou du services. Uniquement si vous pensez qu’être en plein corur d’Annecy vaut ce prix
