The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet. We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied

At check in the desk clerk had to answer every call even make reservations in the middle because he was only one there. Check in took much longer than it should. The property was run down and dirty. Room. Fridge didn't work at all. Cable was in and out. Floors and carpets were filthy and under the beds had never been cleaned . Candy wrappers and smears of whatever we're everywhere on the floor. We stayed 3 nights and had to call for towels and washcloths, there were only 2 washcloths and towels provided upon check in. No one checked the room the entire time we were there. Trash cans were over flowing. Our room had 2 double beds and 2 people registered but never had any service. The staff seemed nice but never seen a house keeper cart on second floor. That could have been because there was only steps to 2nd floor and they couldn't get it there. The location was good but it severely lacked the necessary up keep. Fyi, the water was reversed cold was on the right and warm on the right.

Perfect location to be near U of M medical without paying a fortune. Near food, grocery and drug stores. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. I've stayed here several times and booking a premium room to have a fridge and microwave is the way to go. I'll be back

The room was clean, but had an odor to it like smoke and something else. Most of the furniture especially the office chair show signs of wear and tear needing to be replaced. Staff were friendly. Snow removal could be a lot better!
