The whole building smelt like cigarettes and we started to have a headache even when our window was open. I had my daughter with me and we couldn't stay more then 2 hours in the room even though we booked for 4 days.the reason that I am angry is that it's rating was very high and I trusted it. Nobody mentioned the smell and very strange vibe of the property. There was no visible signage for the reception or hotel and I found the hotel on another booking site with another name. So we waited at the side of the building and there was no response from the property for a long time On top of this the shower was broken and could not be mounted on the wall.

Memnun kalmadığım şeyler için destek bölümünden ilgili görselleri ve açıklamayı yaptım fakat sizden kesinlikle elde tutulur bir yardım alamadım eğer ilgili değerlendirmemi yetkili birisi okuyorsa bilmenizi isterim ki bu otelin görselleri yanıltıcı her yer çok pisti odada bulunan tuvaletin sifonu bile çalışmıyordu.

HOTELS deki aksaklık bize kötü bir tecrübe yaşattı

Gelmeden önce telefonla aradık saat 18:00 gibi konuma ulaştık. Gayet samimi bir görevliyle karşılaştık. Lakin uygulamadan aldığım 4kişilik oda burada 2 kişilik gözüküyordu. Kimse suçu üzerine almadı. Görevli halen kullanılmakta olan bir 4 kişilik odayı 20:30 gibi hazır edebileceğini söyledi. Biz de o zaman aralığında dışarda vakit geçirdik. Döndüğümüzde çözüm üretilmişti ama bu oda benim uygulamadan aldığım oda değildi. Bahçe manzaralı bir oda almıştım bodrum kat bir odada buldum kendimi. Binanın içinde ve odada tanımlayamadığım ağır bir koku vardı.Yeterli temizlik yapılmamıştı. Tuz odasında sigara izmaritleri vardı. Işıklar ortam kombi sesi çok rahatsız ediciydi. Kullanılabilecek 3 piriz vardı 2 si tuvalet ve banyoda idi.

Şık ve romantik gçrünümlü bir yatağa sahip

temizlikle alakalı herhangi bir sorun yoktu genel durum olarak oda çok iyiydi kurutma makinesi içermiyor bilginiz olsun odaya girdiğimizde küllük yoktu resepsiyona söyleyince anında hallettiler konaklama için çok seçici davrandık özel bir günümüz için 2 günlüğüne ankaraya geldik çok keyifli vakit geçirdik bunda resepsiyonsaki ablanın da payı büyük rota oluşturmamıza yardımcı olacak şekilde etrafı tanıttı ona da burdan teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz kız arkadaşımla konuştuğumuzda değerlendirmemizi 10 üzerinden 8.5 olarak karar verdik güvenlik konusunda hiç endişemiz olmadı her yere yalınlık avantajı da çok hoiumuza gitti
