The Worst Experience: Total Disrespect and Broken

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Before booking online, I called the reservations desk and received verbal confirmation that we would be provided with an extra bed. However, when we arrived late at night, despite being exhausted, we were kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour. The night staff told us that since the morning staff made the promise, they could not honor it. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting in a chair. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior was truly shocking to me.

This is a old hotel with a very unfriendly service. They will charge you extra with any excuse they get. There are only refugees stay here, lots kids, noises and slow elevators. Avoid if you can .

Ertesi gün biz söyleyince temizlik yaptılar. Asıl sürprizi biz çıkarken yaptılar int sitelerinde evcil hayvan kabuledildiği için tercih ettik.Evcil hayvan ile ilgili int sitelerinde ek ücret talep edilir gibi bir ifade OLMAMASINA RAĞMEN bizden çıkışta ek ücret talep ETTİLER. Kabul etmediğimi söyledim vermeyin o zaman diyip memnuniyetsiz bir ifade ile cevap verdiler.Kendilerine int sitelerinde neden belirtmediklerini sordum cevap vermediler. Sonuç olarak bu oteli seçerseniz beklenmedik sürprizlerle karşılaşabilirsiniz.
