"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back."
