Always a pleasure to stay here. Only issue is not enough warm water for showering, shower stays warm for maybe a minute then becomes cold. Other then that, staff were friendly and helpful, clean rooms, convenient location. Overall had a good stay here.

We were sent to the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. We thought it was included with the stay. They could’ve recommended a restaurant nearby for a decent breakfast but made us believe that breakfast was in the steakhouse in the lobby and was inc. It was expensive and the food - especially the coffee was very bad and stale. This was dishonest A good hotel staff member would’ve given us the information we needed for a more comfortable stay instead of deceiving us. I was told the steak house had a different management from the hotel. What does that have to do with anything? The hotel itself was ok. Location excellent. I would not stay there again because I don’t like to be deceived or treated like my business doesn’t matter to them except to make a quick buck by getting a substandard breakfast with coffee that tasted like burnt s***. It seems the Philippines has a reputation for this.
