"Quiet room though we were on the ground floor and had no view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fine; the best onion bhajis of my life so they are THOROUGHLY recommended. We went in the sauna and the outdoor hot tub- that was amazing. All in all, a good stay and I would definitely return."

"Perfect night stay and one for the bucket list as a local to Chester. Staff were extremely helpful and the continental breakfast was perfect , which we had in our room. Would definitely stay again!"

"Staff did all they could under extreme pressure on sunday morning this was due i believe to the hotel being full due to a large wedding on the Saturday
Some items ran out initially with a few mins wait but were replaced asap"
