Muito confortável e funcionários agradáveis! Limpeza impecável e espaços muito bem harmonizados, embora as áreas de lazer ainda não estejam completas. O lounge está um show a parte, ambiente muito bem decorado e um por do sol de arrasar. Foram muito ágeis no check in e nas demandas apresentadas, mesmo com o hotel lotado.

Atendimento excelente, café péssimo!

Tudo certo com o hotel. O atendimento foi mais que necessário excelente, todos os colaboradores são muito atenciosos. Problemas: 1- O hotel está numa região produtora de muitos cafés de qualidade, porém, o café disponível no café manhã é extremamente ruim, pior que qualquer café de beira de estrada, nem açúcar salva. 2- parecia que tinha uma máquina de lavar em cima do meu quarto, começa do nada uns barulhos.

Surpreende pelas instalações. A localização para meus objetivos foi excelente. Restaurante até 22h. Possui um lounge agradabilíssimo com uma vista para a serra muito bonita. Atendimento muito bom.
