"Booked this property due to the ‘newness’ (2025) and it wasn’t horrible but the AC was sporadic all night. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and I mistakenly assumed that the fridge would keep my leftover food cold without me having to change the settings (I was wrong)"

"First, we were charged twice upon arrival and told that we would receive the refund in 3-7 business days. We checked in on Thursday (it’s now Monday) and our room’s been serviced once. We’ve had to ask for new towels every single day."

"Our stay with Sea Crest was awesome! We got a great price for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed the ocean and the many options of pools, slides and amenities. Check in process was smooth and the staff was amazing and went the extra mile by giving us directions and advice for the area."

"The check in took so long because the check in lady took for ever she was looking for a interpreter knowing that I spoke in English to her Then went to have dinner at the restaurant and there was water dropping on the food from the air conditioning ducts They don’t clean the rooms They don’t check ..."
