"Great experience everyone at the front desk were amazing, pool was nice, great location. Only complaint the hallway carpet is very worn and smelled like dirty socks. Replace your hallway carpet."

"Location is nice, breakfast is decent. The hotel allows pets but be aware that if your dog barks you’ll get a call from the service desk every single time. We brought along our coton, 11 lb dog, she’s not a yapper, only barks when she hears noises on the hallways but we got a call from the front desk saying our dog is barking again and one time our dog is not even in the hotel as my husband took her to the dog park across the bridge we still got a call saying she’s barking! It was aggravating as they kept calling our room and my phone to say the dog is barking, I would understand if she kept barking at night or early morning when people are asleep but it wasn’t even that. So don’t go there if you have a dog. They won’t treat you nice!"

"We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to experience the full benefits of the hotel. What we did experience was a poorly run Valet Parking but only upon arrival. After being serviced it seemed to run more smoothly. Our room was just okay for a one night stay but extremely over priced! The carpet may have been vacuumed but was in need of a thorough steam cleaning. The bathroom was tight with space for only one person. The bathroom faucet was so loose it swiveled when you tried to turn on the water. The sink filled up with water and drained very slowly. The shower was the worst. No shower head adjustment for the water, only one safety handle and definitely not ADA compliant. If you’re elderly as we are, you definitely must be specific about your needs and the type room you require. This is made more difficult as you cannot connect directly with the hotel to speak with someone. All calls are directed towards bookings only. Overall, it would be unfair for us to give a thumbs down for those who prefer the Hilton but there are other hotels that offer similar benefits for a far lower price with rooms in far better condition. Albeit, if you prefer to be on the beach and money is no object, go for it."

"i guess its not the desk fault be i booked through a expedition and was trying to booked for July 17 but some how it booked it for may 30 on accident i call the hotel trying to change it but they said they couldn't and couldn't help with calling expedition or provide me with a number so I just lose my money"
