"The hotel is in a nice location in Anchorage. The lodge is nice but as you more through the hotel you start to notice that it is quite dated and could use a really good cleaning or a remodel. we came in the summer time. Since it is only dark for a few hours in Alaska it would have been nice if the hotel had black out curtains or just curtains that covered the window completely. There was quite a bit of sunlight that shone through the curtains. The carpet in the room felt dirty walking on it."

"Clean room- on the smaller side but hey you’re in Alaska! Front spend your time in a hotel room! Nice black out shades and great welcoming staff. Area around seemed good - no issues with homeless or traffic noise. Had a great stay."
