Great location, just across he road from the beach. The room was kept clean and tidy. Considering the very reasonable daily rates, the breakfast is also good value. And the staff are so helpful and welcoming!

the downside to the villas was the kitchen; there is no cooking pans to prepare a warm meal or microwave, the villas charge for renting a cooking pans/pots for daily use, which is unusual for a high-end villas resort. hopefully they will make an exemption in near the future for not charging customers for using pots and pans.

No conditioner. The shampoo quality is poor. The soap, shampoo, and shower facilities in the swimming pool are outdoors. The rooftop bar doesn't have air conditioning. The pool towel smells. The pool balcony glass is dirty. It doesn't look clean. Need to upgrade the facility. The buffet is delicious, but there's only Vietnamese coffee available. And the restaurant ceiling is under construction. Outside, another building is under construction, making it noisy and obstructing the ocean view. And there is no iron and ironing board in the room.
