Great service and friendly staff

This hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay for our family of four. It was great to have four beds so everyone could sleep comfortably. The storage space was a bit limited, though—there were some wall hangers, but it was a little tight for organizing four people's bags and clothes. ​ Dotonbori is actually within walking distance for sightseeing, but due to the extreme heat, we opted for the subway instead. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to a station just one stop away, so getting around was still incredibly easy and comfortable. The neighborhood itself is much quieter and feels safer compared to the busy downtown streets. It was also very convenient having convenience stores and restaurants right nearby. Overall, a great stay!

Property and unit was very clean and spacious. Short walking distance from the Shinsekai market. Kitchen and dining area very useful! Nice surprise that there was a balcony. There isnt really any luggage stands/benches to place suitcases, so we kept ours on the floor. Washer is a plus! Would recommend if staying with family or a large group.
