"Amazing staff and amazing views!"

"The hotel only allows check-in for very limited time frame and if you don’t arrive during that time, then you cannot check in, and they don’t care. The Manager is not on site and the person who is there is the cleaner, is only there for a limited time during the day, speaks very little English so she is not really able to assist with any requests or problems. We were greeted by her shaking a finger at us, yelling “no, no, no!” When we said we were there to check in. We had to get our taxi driver...

"Very responsive, very clean and new. Great location but no view. Be aware that there are 40 stairs to get to the room but this not bad for Amalfi."
