The hotel should've train their staff to smile and greet their guests. When checked in, the reception staff looked like he was very upset about someone coming to the hotel. Rooms were okay and clean enough. Again the 'instructions' inside the room was very unwelcoming and rude. Please understand the guests are not kids to give instructions and timetable for each and everything. We're customers and adults. After checked out we were forced to wait at the reception till someone 'checking' our rooms. What do we take from those rooms? Bed and mattress? The management should learn about hospitality industry before doing such business. Breakfast was absolutely rubbish. The food was cold, no staff were there to clean and attend the guests, and very unhygienically presented.
