"worst hote i've checked in by the moment. When we fisrt entered the room found just one roach, but after a little walk and then came back we found way more roaches and they were everywhere on the bed, doors, sink, restroom"

"I’m used to breakfast being free! It was Al la carte. I didn’t like that! So I ate breakfast else where everyday of my stay. Parking was ok just not enough parking spaces. My room was clean. It was a spot where the ceiling was leaking by the elevators. "

"The building was nice, rooms were a good size and comfortable, WiFi was what you would expect. The gym was nice, enough freeweights. Breakfast was great if slow, I would look elsewhere for dinner. Also had one elevator out of commission, so dinner being lacking and the elevator are the reason for the star lost. Staff was amazing though, super friendly"

"Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Next morning the shower didn't work , we called the manager who thankfully sent maintanace to put a new faucet . I believe if house cleaning reported this problem the day before we wouldn't have to wait . The Bistro was not open too but Kroger was across the street & we had to go there for breakfast ."

"The breakfast and the African American lady assisting during breakfast , I can’t remember her name , were absolutely awesome. She was very professional, caring, neat, and welcoming. My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service was truly exceptional and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again. It truly felt like a home away from home."

"A la llegada todo bien, pero cuando entramos a la habitación, un cucaracho; ok, pasa, pero antes de ir a la cama al destenderla SORPRESA, muchos cucarachos entre las almohadas y las sábanas, en el baño, en el fregadero que había en la habitación y en las paredes, etc. Reportamos esto al personal del hotel y nos dijeron esto: ¡¡¡¡ES LA MEJOR HABITACIÓN QUE TENEMOS!!!!, si esto es así, ¿cómo están las otras habitaciones????? ¡¡¡¡¡EN POCAS PALABRAS, NO RECOMIENDO EL HOSPEDAJE EN ESTE HOTEL, ¡¡¡¡¡PARA NADA!!!!!
