"Very nice boutique hotel on the edge of the historic centre of Nuremberg. You have to enter through the restaurant. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. Luckily, I was only on the second floor (American third floor) so I only had to carry it up two flights of stairs."

"Das Zimmer und die Lage der Unterkunft war gut.
Allerdings war der Service miserabel. Nach einer Stunde vergebens die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, erhielten wir endlich den Zugangscode für die Eingangstür. Dort angekommen erfuhren wir erst beim Check-In dass wir eine Reinigungsgebühr von 65,- Euro bezahlen müssen um überhaupt Zugang zum Zimmer zu erhalten.
Dies war bei der Buchung nirgendwo aufgeführt. Lediglich die Info: „Reinigung auf Anfrage“
Auch einen Balkon gab es bei einem Standard...
