Struttura bella e moderna ma con molte cose mancanti.... In camera nemmeno un tavolino come piano d'appoggio.. Bagno molto grande ma nemmeno un gancio per appendere gli asciugamani... Nessun piano d'appoggio x gli stessi e nemmeno una mensola x appoggiare il necessario x lavarsi o truccarsi... Carta igienica appoggiata sul bidet x mancanza di porta rotoli.. Niente porta sapone... Orario di check in e cec out diversi da quelli menzionati da expedia... Accoglienza da parte della signora alla reception molto fredda e senza neanche un sorriso.... Norme anti covid non rispettate.. Nessuna misurazione della temperatura e x la colazione la persona preposta è arrivata in ritardo e ci ha preparato la colazione senza nemmeno igienizzarsi le mani nonostante avesse visto noi due farlo.. Mentre dopo x gli altri clienti si è messa i guanti...wi fi nella camera al secondo piano praticamente inesistente Differenza nella fatturazione di 10 euro rispetto al pagamento fatto su expedia... Pagato 52 fatturato 42...in conclusione molte cose da migliorare... Non torneremmo x un altro soggiorno

Wer suchtet, der findet.

Keinerlei Hinweisschilder , auch Hotel als solches nicht erkennbar. Sehr geräumiges und schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett. Fehlender Tisch und kein 2.Sessel, kein Deutsches Fernsehen Großes Badezimmer, wenig Ablagemöglichkeit, kein Fön. Plastikbecher. Frühstück o.k., guter Kaffee, für längere Zeit ohne Abwechslung. Sehr freundliches und fleißiges Personal, der " Patron" blieb anonym. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, das Dorfleben spielt sich am Kindersportplatz unterhalb des Hotels ab. Im Ort selbst kein Restaurant, aber eine Bar und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Restaurants in 5 km Entfernung. Schöner Abendspaziergang zur Kirche oberhalb des Ortes mit Aussicht auf die Spitze des Luganer Sees. Sehr malerische Umgebung mit phantastischen Fernblicken auf den Luganer bzw. Comer See.

Besonderes Hotel

Sehr schön restauriertes Hotel im Ort Pellio Intelvi mit großem hellen Zimmer, bequemem Bett und tollem Bad. Leider sehr hellhörig. Es gibt zwei Häuser, wir waren im Haupthaus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück. Zum Essen muss man in den Nachbarort fahren, dort gibt es mehrere Restaurants und eine fantastische Eisdiele. Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Der Ort ist von der Schweizer Seite etwas mühsam über viele Haarnadelkurven zu erreichen, von der italienischen Seite besser. Wen die hellhörigkeit nicht stört, ist hier gut untergebracht!
