I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

"Overall pretty good experience. It’s next to an arena and only a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes train ride to Luzern. The kitchen is small and only has basic supplies but it’s plenty for just three of us. For the price I think we will consider staying there again."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping us coordinate public transportation. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Tommy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way. We would definitely stay here again.
