"We paid for the accommodation; the reservation stated that four people could stay there, but upon arrival, the receptionist told us that only two people were allowed per room. In the end, we had to pay an extra $85 a day because the reservation couldn't be cancelled. They completely take advantage of the situation; I will never stay there again. Be careful."

One of our party of 4 discovered several small bites on her legs that got progressively worse over a couple of days, leading her to go to urgent care. The doctor diagnosed them as bed bug bites. She was in the bedroom with the queen bed. The sheets on the bed were dark gray so any evidence of bed bugs would have been difficult to see,...
