Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.

When in Valencia this is the place. A bit far from city center but great hotel, excellent gym, and great outdoor seating restaurant.
