"This was a very nice hotel conveniently located near Boston Common and the Freedom Trail. Our room was not very large, but was very nice. The daytime front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, as were the doormen. We were also pleasantly surprised with 2 small bottles of very nice wine and complimentary snacks. We highly recommend staying here."

"Check-in was smooth. Champagne and Boston Cream Pie were delivered to our room the first night! All the staff were extremely helpful with our navigating Boston for the first time. Francesco in The Last Hurrah bar was a charm. I won't soon forget the Black Manhattan or our conversation."

"Beautiful hotel in a very central location, it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff were all super friendly and professional. We had an issue with our mattress and the front desk staff were very accommodating and we were able to switch rooms. They do have to address the issue with their mattresses though, as they are too soft and need to be replaced."
