I would like to apologize that we do not offer a free breakfast at any of the Hilton Garden Inns. We offer a full cooked to order breakfast not offering just a continental buffet. I am sorry you were looking for that. In the future if you want to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn we do offer a breakfast included in the room deal that you can add on breakfast for just a few dollars. As far as being open to the public, we are but no one from outside comes in to eat and if they do it does not disrupt our business. I hope if you are in our area again you give us another try to make it right. Also our Gold and Diamond members do get a food and beverage credit once you are at that tier level. Again I apologize you were not happy with the way HGI does their breakfast.

I apologize for the parking issues that you had when you were here along with you feeling like the hotel was old. I hope we do see you again in the future and we can bring you a better Hilton standard for your stay.

We are sorry for the limited parking, that is due to a sink hole that formed in our parking lot and we have to wait a certain amount of time to survey the area. This is something out of our control. As far as getting into our property you do not have to make that u turn. You can just turn left at that light and it will bring you right to us. I hope you change your mind on giving us another opportunity

Sorry for the pool being so cold. Our pool is not heated but we are working on an upcoming remodel of some areas of the hotel and hoping the cold pool will be rectified.
