The staff were very helpful and consistently offered me the options to purchase food. The only downside was the fact that the hotel only had four TV Channels, so I had to use my iPad to watch programmes."

"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. "
