The amenities offered were not as robust as a 4 star hotel in the US to include having to pay for bottled water and the in room coffee was substandard. We had paid for breakfast as part of our room rate but only ate breakfast once because the quality was so bad including the omelette station where the worker didn't even make a proper omelet with melted cheese. Overall the stay was good but the value as a 4 star hotel was not...

"Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. "Ikke noget at klage over. Lejligheden har alt hvad man behöver og god udsigt over golfbanen. Morgenmaden var rigtigt god og der var friskpresset juice. Personalet var meget venlige både i receptionen og i restaurangen. Golfbanen var god, bunkers dog som cement. Der mangler buggys så skal man spille så book buggy i god tid ellers er der ikke nogen. Vi kommer igen"
