Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Benalmádena Pueblo. We arrived by bus from the airport so we had to walk about 500m from the bus stop to our hotel. There is a taxi rank at the bus stop for anyone unable to walk this distance with cases etc. We are glad we walked as we got our first experience of the beautiful streets, buildings and squares in the Pueblo. Stayed in The Sentido Beach Hotel this new hotel just recently opened 2018 everything was good staff were polite and helpful even printed our boarding pass for us to return home.The food was excellent plenty of choices for all nationalities . The hotel is excellent and being right in the centre of the old town the hotel, it could not be placed in a better location for restaurants and wine bars shops etc. Parking on the street limited and expensive, parking local in under ground sites approx 15 euros 24 hours. I had been to Marbella several times before but this the first time in old town. I actually spotted this hotel previously and promised to return, which I will definitely do again.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are very well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable that we slept well every night . There is a good selection of food at breakfast which set us up well for a day of sightseeing.The hotel is well placed for the city centre with good access to the main tourist spots. The ancient walls beneath the hotel have been beautifully preserved and make an interesting feature .
