"Room was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and we received vouchers for a hot breakfast at a local restaurant with our stay. Would definitely stay again"

"Arrived to a waiting room & balcony with people waiting to check in. There were 4 other families before us & another came in when 1st person was checking in. Sign on desk said running errands be back soon. Then a number only if it was an emergency.. 4:10 one of the other people called. They had already been waiting 20 mins. Check in is at 4pm. He came about 5 mins later. Limited tight parking behind house. I believe I requested 1st floor when I booked because there’s No elevator ‘ NO Air Conditioning. Main level is 2nd floor, Even w cooler weather it’s very stuffy. My husband caught sight of the basement rooms when he went for ice & a door was open for air & extremely small. They need to leave windows open until people arrive at least. Room was hot because bathroom heat lamp was on & room closed up. There is 1 small fan. I opened a window & put fan on small table mainly because it’s the only outlets I could find usable & those are at floor level. Opened window for air & had to listen to those in the hot tub a few feet from our room. Room appears clean but dated. There’s a very small kitchenette/sink & electric burner are 1 unit & next to each other in a 3 foot space w nothing between the 2. Not the safest setup. Small sink for bathroom next to it with a wall divining them. Bathroom is Very small. Breakfast is grab & go/it was non existent after a couple of families went through soon after they put it out & did not refill. Worse nights sleep in a long time while traveling."

"Amazing breakfast. Met some great staff!! Drew at the front desk was very helpful - and while talking found out we are both from the same area! The springs were nice. Cold tub was... COLD! Polar plunge all in itself. "

"It's a beautiful place to stay and have fun as a couple or family!!! We had a blast. The rooms were nice and they have 7 different mineral spas. The hotel is older, but that does not take away from it. The views are breath taking!!!!"

"Room 10 was wonderful! Sitting area separate from bedroom. Excellent bed and the bedding was top notch, too. Very close to everything downtown. We also went to the hot springs with only a two block walk! "

"The owners were EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming, and we were treated to scratch-made cookies, and a choice of red or white wine, at check-in. The rooms were slightly dated, but were clean and more than comfortable. Breakfast featured a DELICIOUS, home-made breakfast casserole, and a generous selection of other items. We would, HANDS DOWN, stay here again and highly recommend!"

"We stayed in two connecting rooms, I believe 8 and 19, and it was absolutely perfect for our family: each had a comfy bed with private bath, and we shared a well-appointed kitchen and living room. It simply couldn't have been nicer!"
