Nefeliyi seviyoruz
Daha oncede kaldik, genel olarak tercih edilebilecek bir hotel. Calisanlar super. Bu seferki yataklarimiz cok rahatsizdi. Sabah bel agrisiyla kalktim. Banyoda duş perdesi kirli idi. Sular yerlerden dagiliyor.

Otel temiz ve rahat. Fakat kahvaltı 4 yıldızlı otel için yetersiz. Ayrıca kah altıyı dış alanda yapmamıza izin vermediler ve hiç bir sebepleri yoktu.

Our first choice in Alex.
Whenever we come to Alex, we prefer to stay in Nefeli Hotel. Breakfast, room, everything was good. The hotel is a little bit old but it does not prevent it from being preferred. Location is also close to center.

Being that I was there on business and it was December, I was not able to enjoy the pool. The staff however, was couldn't have been more accomodating. They had a packed hotel on New Years Eve, a big party with excellent buffet, free wine at the tables and free champagne at midnight. A DJ that played music well into the morning. I'm from California and met people from several counties. The other hotel guests were also very friendly. Totally enjoyed my stay. The 2 twin beds pushed together with another single bed in the room was a bit odd,

Excellent Hotel and value for Money
Due to a day business trip to Alexandroupoulis we stayed at the Neferi hotel We were travelling with our lovely and very well behaved Beagle dog This hotel accepted generously to welcome all of us This could be an issue when you travel with your favourite pet in Greece Most of the hotels refuse pets We decided to opt for their executive suite ... Excellent amenities We conducted our business meeting here !! In time of Covid and total lock down it was a challenge !! The suite is extremely confortable providing two large and beautiful sofas and low table for welcoming cocktails Then a large table and six chairs for the formal dinner event Hotel was extremely helpful providing a beautiful tablecloth , silverware ,stem glasses... They gave us several options to order food from local restaurants The bedroom is wonderful and the exceptional king size bed a warm nest after a long day of business negociations We will stay here again and are planning to use Neferi for a well deserved beach vacation The panoramic view from our balcony on the spectacular Alexandroupolis beach gave us this project

Happy to return.
Very well priced accommodation. Excellent children’s pool but deeper main pool restricted older children. Rooms well serviced but had a couple of minor maintenance issues e.g. shower head holder loose on wall, no bath plug. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast well presented, other food and drink a little limited but great value. Easy access to city centre and beach only a few minutes away by car.
Evening atmosphere.
Morning, quiet and calm.

A Fine Hotel
We went back for 2 more nights. I'd recommend the hotel for anyone wanting to visit Alexandroupoli as it is a bit out of the hub-bub of the city with easy access to the Egnatia highway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed. The food, breakfast, dinner, snack, etc was always top notch. The pool seemed to be enjoyable as the kids were having a ball. I didn't take a lot of photos of the property but breakfast was a welcome surprise with good a selection that should satisfy most expectations.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber. Der Pool ist auch sauber. Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

We had a very pleasant stay and would come again.
The hotel is located a little far from downtown but is surrounded by trees. There is an outdoor pool and a useful large parking. The property is very calm and nice. The staff is kind and helpful. You can have breakfast in the restaurant and guests can also have supper and dinner. Good value for money.

Very nice place to stay
The hotel is near a motorway but it has a large parking. There is a station of public transport close to the property. Clean rooms, helpful and kind personnel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and guests can have lunch and dinner for extra charge. Well maintained property, marble everywhere. Rich breakfast included in the room rate, food is supplied regularly by the personnel. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator. Rooms are supposed to be equipped with slippers but guests often need to go to reception to ask for them.

Rundum von dem 3 Sterne Hotel positiv überrascht!
Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - sehr serviceorientiert und Englísch wird auch von allen gesprochen. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und wurde mit Fürsorge aufgeräumt (tägliche Handtuchswechsel inbegriffen). Klimaanlage mit Thermostat funktionierte hervorragend. Einiges im Bad ist allerdings reparaturbedürftig: die Armatur war sehr locker, Schimmelbildung bei der Abluft, Klospülung war zu schwach ... Der Aussenbereich: sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit großem Pool, Lifeguard und garantierter Sonnenliege als Hotelgast. Es wurde immer kaltes Wasser mit Bechern gebracht und auch die Bedienung durch das Barpersonald funktionierte einwandfrei. Frühstücksbuffet (7-10 Uhr) war sehr reichhaltig und wurde bis zum letzten Gast und bis zur letzten Minute ständig nachgefüllt. Die Speisekarte des Restaurants bietet eine kleine Auswahl in guter Qualität (von Snacks bis zu Fischspeisen war für jeden etwas dabei). Nach kurzem Fußmarsch erreicht man einen schönen Strand mit Tavernen und Bars. Die weslich gelegenen Orte (mit dem Auto zu erreichen) bieten weitere Strände und Tavernen.
