I liked that the room had a kitchenette. I didn't like that none answered the phone during business hours, nor called me back, so I could verify that they received my room keys. ( I had to leave before they opened, and there was no drop box to put the keys.

The management and staff were wonderful. They tried to get Orbitz to reduce my stay because I did not need to stay for three nights... Only two nights. Management worked with Orbitz, but Orbitz stated mombo-jumbo about not being able to reduce the one day. I did get traveler's insurance and Orbitz could not or would not allow. Orbitz stated that they tried to contact me by phone. I did not get any calls from Orbitz. My beef is with Orbitz

It was convenient and had a lot of restaurants nearby. It smelled like smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. The second room we had looked like there had been an altercation, as the door wouldn't close easily. The rooms didn't seem that clean. The entire staff was wonderful.

I had an amazing stay. Wasnt too noisey. Friendly staff. My room was extremely clean. I had a very pleasant stay. This my #1 place to stay when im in town. Love the fact that the pricing is very reasonable even for a long stay. The rooms also have a small kitchenette. Just love it!!

Although the room was clean, there were little roaches everywhere. This was the nosies hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. People visiting in the halls and outside our windows until after 5 AM. No sleep. I will never stay here again.

I've stayed at this location before, but never had this room. It was roach infested. In my past stays, i have never seen one of their rooms in such a condition. My time here was so relaxing, peaceful, and so quiet. I had a good night's sleep. I will go back for a stay, not to the room i was placed in. I hope the pest can be eliminated. From my room, my parking space and front desk was only a short distance. The hotel staff is always so nice. I cant wait to book another stay. They make you feel right at home. A home away from home.

The staff was awesome. I was coming in late and they actually called me to tell me that their office is only open for certain hours, but they left my room keys with the night security... and I was able to get in no problem. The night security Pat was extremely friendly and professional. The price was excellent for my 2 days there. Overall, for the price I paid for my room... I am extremely happy with my stay. It’s not the newest and nicest hotel, but if you want a 5 star hotel then go pay 5 star hotel prices. I wanted a clean bed to sleep in, a hot shower with clean towels, and an AC to keep me cool. I got everything I wanted and needed so it was a Win Win.

overbooked and left with no room

I booked two nights at this hotel to escape the hurricane (Hurricane Delta). I booked this room several nights prior. When I showed up to check in, I was told the hotel overbooked and no longer had a room for me. I contacted the booking agency and was NOT relocated; therefore, I had no shelter during the hurricane other than my car. In addition, my money that I prepared the rooms with was not refunded

Pleasant stay

My stay was good as always friwndly and helpful staff i would definitely recommend anyone wjo hasn't syayed at one of the siegel selects to if that they're on business or just a simple get away for some fresh air that it would be a great choice
