"Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty rude and uninviting. On our second day there, our ceiling started leaking yellow-ish water and a huge water stain began spreading across the middle of our room. It was growing rapidly yet staff did not want to move us because they would be "upgrading us too much." They did end up moving us but they had not concern toward our time and we ended up without a room for around 3-4 hours so we had to haul our luggage around with us."

"The pool was not available at the time of our booking (early March 2026). We were allowed to use the pool across the parking lot at the other hotel. The entire outside of the building is currently under renovations, however, you walk into a clean and welcoming lobby with a fireplace going. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was great, with pre-made western omelets and sausages in a warmer, oatmeal, waffle makers, good coffee, juice, yogurt cereals and fruit! Location is good as you are 1 block walk from C-Train access. It took us 5 minutes to get to the Southern Jubilee Hall for our musical. It was less than 20 minutes to the downtown Core. You are a 20 minute Uber or Lyft from the airport. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced and the bathroom/closet door in the room is a light, particle board, sliding barn door, and I had to put a towel in the gap to keep it from opening. It didn't open all the way, but enough that if someone walked back in the room they would see you! The door provides zero sound barrier and we couldn't find a switch for a fan. Upside was that the room was clean with comfortable beds. The cost was fair for this hotel. Overall the pros outweighed the cons enough that I would go back to this establishment. "

"I was there with a friend and my dog. The room is updated and clean. The bed was firm. I did find the fact the bathroom had a frosted glass door a bit odd, but since the bath room was in the back of the room it wasn't like you felt like they were facing the door while you were in there. Word to the wise, since the sink is outside the bathroom that's also where the toiletries like shampoo are kept so you will want to remember to grab those before you get ready for your shower. They provide you with a blanket for your dog to sleep on, and while the hotel faces a busy street behind it is a residential area and it's a short drive from a park area so plenty of places to walk your dog in. "

"The hotel itself was good but the surrounding area was not. There’s a club next door that lets out at 2am, and it’s loud enough to wake everyone up. Kids drag race their cars down the road and come into the hotel screaming at 2am"
