"Started off bumpy with location not able to find my reservations. I came in really late with my husband and son and staff was patient enough to put us away for the night until my issue could be addressed with management the next day. Location is perfect near a park where kiddo could play, walking distance to train station and the terrace room offered a beautiful view of the properties additional amenities such as restaurant, put-put, and outdoor entertainment. The breakfast offered is amazing....

"During this visit, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Maintenance fixed it more than once, but the issue kept coming back. I’ve always considered this hotel a good place to stay, which made this experience disappointing. I checked out a day early. What disappointed me most was that despite the inconvenience, the hotel didn’t offer any partial refund or compensation. Problems happen, but customer service and making things right should be a priority."

"Athough the room is small, it has everything you need. If you request something, they bring it to you. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, very comfortable. Geoffrey's Bistro located in the Hotel was also great. The staff was courteous and efficient and the food was excellent."

"Old building and carpet, but everything worked well, so no issues. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet, at least on the backside. Staff was very nice. A/C is good. Breakfast is basic, eggs, sausage, bagels, mini-blue berry muffins, toast, make your own waffles, apples, oranges, yogurt, cream cheese, OJ, Cranberry Juice cocktail, coffee, and tea. Easy parking (free) and good location to stores, restaurants, metro, etc."

"Breakfast menu mixed. Good variety but jalapeño cheese spiffed I did not like. Plenty of parking spaces. Highlight was the shuttle chauffeur Sidney. He was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. GM very helpful with ideas of places for sightseeing. "
