This is an excellent hotel and they cope superbly with multiple arrivals. We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. The food is excellent and great value. The company is constantly upgrading and it is no wonder that Roma is so popular Brian and Sally Smith

Great value overnight stop

Used Hostal Roma to break the drive between Santander and Marbella. This was excellent value. The room was basic but clean, the staff were young and enthusiastic and the checkout was quick and problem free. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with good food at reasonable prices and essential as there is pretty much nothing going on in the village. If you want a good dinner, a good shower and a good nights sleep then move on next day this place fits the bill. Will be my regular stopover from now on

Buena relación calidad-precio. Colchón a mejorar

Las habitaciones bien, pero los colchones de la primera noche muy blandos e incómodos. Se lo dije a la mañana siguiente y nos cambiaron a otra para la segunda noche, y ya con colchón algo mejor. La atención muy buena. Nos prestaron secador de pelo que no hay en las habitaciones.

La atención y la amabilidad del personal fueron absolutamente extraordinarias. Tuvimos una avería y llegamos casi a medianoche, y nos lo facilitaron todo. A pesar de que ya hacía tiempo del cierre de la cocina, cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando dos platos calentitos que sirvieron para olvidar las horas que estuvimos tirados en la carretera.

En la habitación la cama era horrible, la almohada era de papel de fumar, el colchón de los que te levantas con dolor de espalda, el somier de láminas era un escándalo lo que sonaba cada vez que te cambiabas de postura, los radiadores estaban sin purgar y hacían mucho ruido (menos mal que por esas fechas no hacía mucho frío y lo pude cerrar), dentro de la habitación se escucha todo, no está nada insonorizado, es como si tuvieras al huésped de la habitación de al lado dentro de la tuya, literal. Por lo demás puedo decir que la ubicación es buena, tiene zona de aparcamiento, el bar está bien y su personal es agradable. Me salió bien de precio. Como valoración final; me dejé llevar por los comentarios positivos de otros clientes, aunque debo decir que en mi propia experiencia los puntos negativos son lo suficientemente relevantes para elegir otro lugar para hospedarse. Yo no volveré más a este complejo.
