"The hotel is a good value and has a good location. Cleanliness was an issue. The heating/cleaning system for the room was dirty, I pulled out the filters and shook them out on the balcony. I have seen this before in other hotels and wonder why they don't put them on a periodic cleaning basis. The return air in the bathroom was also suspect. Staff was very good. They need to clean the heating/ cooling systems."

"Beautiful hotel. Big rooms. Nice friendly staff. Great breakfast. Free snacks in room. Pool is not as big as the pictures show what so ever. Horrible beds. They were not comfortable. Family of 5 and we all had a very hard time sleeping. Husband whom can sleep on a rock hard floor was tossing and turning all night. I had to take tylenol just to get through the night. Was disappointed because the rest of the hotel was wonderful. Sadly wont return. "

"Attempts were made to upgrade the property but not 100%. Mattresses were mismatched and uncomfortable, microwave needed to be replaced, toilet didn't fully flush, coffee maker was dirty with only decaf packs. TV and shower pressure were good. No USB charging available."

"The staff and property were excellent. Clean and comfortable. The staff was so amazing. They even kept the pool open an hour past closing to allow us to enjoy our night at the pool. The server at the bar was great as well. We arrived at the bar exactly at 9pm and the bartender still made us a drink even though it was closing time. Without hesitation everyone was ready to help and accommodate our needs. This was amazing and made for a great birthday staycation for my husbands birthday! "
