Very friendly service in a quaint and slightly funky setup (enter through the bar/restaurant). Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Excellent value for money. There's no on-site parking but plenty of available street parking very close by.

Position is great, but it tricky with parking, but there is a large parking area very close you can cut through easily to access. The shower was recently tiled but the shower head was a disappointment as the water flow was sporadic. There is a strip heater in the bathroom but no way to turn it on. They must use a scratch internet card but I forgot to ask, and they didn't offer so no wi fi...he was very helpful and gave me some milk on arrival which was appreciated. The bar is the hotel reception ... quick night there, once you are there it is easy walk into Albi.

Quel horreur
La chambre sentait la cigarette et n’avais pas été correctement nettoyée, je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain. Vous pouvez également entendre distinctement toute les conversations des chambres à côtés de la vôtre ainsi que tous les bruits de pas des personnes au dessus. Restaurant bien trop cher pour la qualité des services proposés.

El dueño te habla mal y te chilla
Horrible experiencia con el dueño. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y habían mas e 40 grafos en la habitación. En lugar de ofrecer una solución, el dueño nos echó de malas maneras, chillando y hablándonos mal. Nos quedamos sin hotel en medio de un viaje que por culpa de este individuo se nos truncó totalmente

Une climatisation un peu fable certes mais des clients qui fument dans la chambre ne pouvant leur proposer un meilleur hebergement je les ai invite a quitter leur chambre apres les avoir rembourse

Du potentiel mais état général assez dégradé
Chambre spacieuse et accueil très chaleureux, mais isolation inexistante donc réveillée à 5h du matin par du bruit dans l'hôtel, moisissure dans la salle d'eau, pas de savon dans les toilettes, lampe au dessus du lit qui ne fonctionnait plus.

bien mais pas au premier étage !
nous avions reservé 2 chambres. Une au premier étage au dessus de la brasserie donc beaucoup de bruit tard dans la nuit. Dans la seconde pas de pression ni d'eau chaude à la douche mais au 3ème étage et pas de bruit. Accueil tres sympa et hôtel très bien placé.

Absence de WI FI, Accueil très médiocre, les collaborateurs ne semblent pas connaitre les modalités de règlement lorsque l'on réserve via votre site. Avant toute discussion on vous redemande de payer la facture. Idem pour la taxe de séjour qui vous est demandée à votre arrivée, et de nouveau réclamée lors de votre départ. Pas de communication ou de tracing en interne... Mauvaise image..
