"Nice hotel, really well presented with good facilities"

"Super nice place to stay ! I booked the single room and it was perfect ! Really nice girls working there. I recommend ! "

"Santika is my favourite hotel love ❤️ the place for attention that gives customers. "

"Great food!"

"The place is filled with mould. One of our beds was infested with ants. One room’s window didn’t close. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. We ended up not staying the night and seeking alternative accommodation. Do not recommend"

"We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!"

"Good room, good shower, all is good"

"I arrived after midnight due to train delays and getting taxi from station. Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. Key was given promptly and I was shown to my room which was comfortable and clean and excellent value"

"Extérieur très joli et pas très loin des restaurants et supérettes. Point négatif nous avons payé pour un bungalow supérieur avec 2 lits mais nous n'en n'avons eu qu'un pour 3 ..."

"Ne réservez surtout pas dans cet établissement, il est fermé depuis un an. Et remplacé par une location de scooter... Attention : la photo principale, c'est du pur photoshop !!! (on reconnait vaguement la partie rouge à droite, mais c'est beaucoup plus court, et rien de vert à gauche)"

"We were looking for a comfortable hotel near Ijen. From check-in to departure, the staff was always there to make our stay perfect! Thank you for everything! The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! We highly recommend this hotel! See you soon."

"Basic but clean room and bathroom very close from the train station. "

"The room was beautiful, clean and had a fantastic view. They even offered us a fridge delivered at no cost when we checked in. The staff are some of the best and friendliest at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool is great and I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. Basically a perfect stay."
