One staff member spoke English and was very helpful. The layout of the room doesn't make much sense and the area is super loud with lots of clubs and mosques but there is a balcony which I used often and it was very inexpensive on Expedia vs the listed rate at the property.

read the other reviews about this place, the only good things about this are the entrance and the pool, the rest is a joke, one of the absolute worst hotels I've been to, this is a 4/10 3 star hotel, I think they bought their 4 star on Wish , the food is horrible tastes like canned food from the store no taste , the bar is a joke there is only 1 type of beer red or white wine , and a premixed cocktail that tastes horrible , mentioned this to manger , shouldn't be working there really bad customer service advise you to choose another hotel, are you going to Alanya choose near cleopatra beach much better hotel higher standard near the center and nice good restaurants, the best thing about the whole hotel is the English guard who works there in the evenings very nice, the greedy managers should make sure to raise his salary for his friendliness

Disgraceful

Had 3 days booked....checked out after the first night. Room was virtually inhabitable. I had to put towels on the bed as I slept (loose term) as t was so dirty. Bathroom a disgrace with a noisy extractor fan keeping us both awake most of the night. On checkout the reception advised that they would have changed my room....my thought was, why not put me in a decent room to begin with?

Nos gustó la comida, al ser muy variada y sabrosa, y recomiendo ir al spa y a la piscina relax. También nos gustaron los shows que suelen hacer por la noche en la piscina principal. El hotel estaba muy bien situado, cerca de la playa y bazares. No me gustó el baño (necesita renovarse), la música estaba muy alta a lo largo del día, y algunas noches estaba puesta hasta tarde, incluyendo la música de los establecimientos cercanos. En general, en el mar hay muchas rocas, así que había que ir con mucho cuidado, pero el chiringuito y las hamacas lo compensan.

Vi er som sådan tilfreds med hotellet. Rengøringen på værelserne kunne godt opgraderes. Maden er ok. Personalet er utrolig hjælpsomme og der bliver virkeligt gjort noget for sikkerheden. Musikken omkring poolen blev bedret, efter mange optagelser. Alt i alt et fint hotel

En oväntat besvärlig

vår vistelse på detta hotell en besvikelse på alla sätt. Från den otrevliga personalen till det smutsiga och obekväma rummet, samt problem med störningar och dåligt läge. Jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon och kommer definitivt inte att återvända. Vi hade förväntat oss en trevlig och avkopplande vistelse, men istället fick vi en jobbig och frustrerande upplevelse. samma mat varje dag och om plats för att sola.

Hyggelige og hjelpsomme i spisesalen og ved bassenget Strandbar var dårlig . Stadig problem med heisen, renhold på rommet bestod av mopping av teppebelagt gulv. Ingen vasking på bad eller bord i selve rommet. Byttet håndklær og sengetøy hver dag. Hjelpen var hyggelig, men så ut til å ha et stort tidspress.
