The location was great for a couple wanting to explore Alaminos and Bani. The facilities and space were average, but it was surprisingly quiet which was nice.

No water supply
Two nights without water for shower or toilet. Excuse on first night was scheduled maintenance. Second night was scheduled maintenance. When I complained, someone turned on the water but is was very slow running. Would not offer refund. Check other reviews as this is ongoing issue. Not worth staying here.

Clean room, very good cable and AC, bed was fine. Only real issue is the water pressure in the shower. Staff is nice and helpful and hotel is close to downtown shopping

This is a decent low budget hotel. AC was good, WIFI was ok, Room was clean with towels, Window looked at another wall, but we felt safe. There is a large supermarket below the hotel, so that is convenient. The rooms are on the third floor with no elevator.

Good value for the money. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the city center. Despite being on main road we were in a quiet room. No frills Like WiFi in rooms but a clean basic place to spend a night close to hundred islands.

Thus hotel is very nicely located on top of super market close too shopping centers. Also MacDonalds. Bus terminal very near. 5 minutes trike ride to hundred islands entrance.

we stayed there for 2 nights... the room and bathroom was clean.. the location was great coz there are supermarkets and fastfood chains near the hotel.. THERE ARE NO WIFI AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS, i hope they can resolve this.. overall, it was a good hotel for me

The staffs are accomodating. Though I had a hard time looking for available parking area, the assigned security guard did prioritized the guests.

We stayed there for overnight in Pangasinan. I reserved the room via expedia fyi, they have this 2pm check in on your room whenever you arrived early, in our case we arrived alaminos around 9am. * if you have baggages and you are planninng to go to hundred islands for a day tour you can left your extra bags to their admins just make sure you'll bring your money and important stuffs* room is clean however when we arrived at 4pm from hundred islands to the hotel, no curtains, no available water on cr, so we need to call it again to the admin, good thing they provide us what we need. All in all good place to stay. Privacy is 100% achieved.

Stayed for 2N3D. Worth the price and the location is excellent to bus terminals, church, mall, market, tricycles are everywhere, bakery and carinderias and more. 30mins to and from Lucap. About 45mins to and from Bolo Beach

Stayed there for 1 night. Close to everything, jolibee,mcdo, mall,7 eleven. With parking,lots of tricycle just ask the guard where you can park,.rooms are clean and cheap price.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. But there are lot to improve to serve the clients better. First is the reception is in a hidden place. There is no proper entrance and enough parking space. The owners run a lot of business at the same building,therefore no proper hotel entrance. No elevator. We had an elderly, so hard to club the stairs. Value for money is ok. Comfortable room.Bed was comfortable and clean room. Good air conditioning. Affordable rates.

Poor check in service. Check in time should be 2PM. We arrived around 3PM but the rooms were not ready yet. We left to eat to give them enough time to ready the rooms. When we came back, one of the 2 rooms we booked was still not ready yet. We found out that one of the rooms earlier reserved for us was assigned to another client. Parking is a chaos as tricycles double park blocking the limited parking slots in front of the hotel building which also houses a grocery store. Hotel is not SC/PWD friendly. Reception is at the 2nd floor and rooms are in the 3rd floor but no elevator nor escalator is available.

For a PhP998 per night stay its just ok...my major concern is the hotel has no Cafeteria, it should have at least one that caters to the guests and the WIFI accesibility is poor so with the parking area but over all its just OK ,
