"First of all, the hotel hygiene was terrible the whole week I stay there nobody come to clean the room. Second when I call the receptionist they don’t answer the phone right away, and they took my clothes for the laundry service I requested and they had it for 3 days my room is very dirty and when I ask them they say we only do it in early morning so I stayed in the dirty room which can affect my health and well being.
