"I have to give thanks to AJ and MJ for taking special care of me and my wife. Even though there was a confusion with our reservation we felt they did everything possible to make things better for us and they took us out to eat at 2 am to a special restaurant in Giza for one of the best local food experience we had."

"The position of this hotel cannot be beaten. It has a front line viewpoint and from the roof where breakfast is taken the views are fantastic and give a full view of the 3 main Pyramids and the Sphinx. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged everything that was asked for and even accommodated a late check out without any fuss. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable and although the bathroom was small and needed updating everything worked without issue. At the price we paid you can’t really criticise anything. The area around the hotel could be intimidating to some so be prepared for not only the traffic and noise but for the street vendors trying to sell you something. Overall a great stay and if this is your destination and you’re on a budget you will find this hotel more than acceptable"

"I’m a platinum member and I’m supposed to get a upgrade if available , as soon as I was checking the front desk clerk offered me an upgrade paying more money , I told him I was a platinum member with you and I had a free upgrade and he said it was not available , then I asked him for a room on the upper floors and he said there was none and gave me a room on the 4th floor . Then my brother in law with my sister checked in after me , I had made their reservation and they were give a room on the 12th floor , I really did not like the way I was treated by that guy and that is why I gave 4 stars, the rest of the staff was very nice As far as the cleaning goes the room was just done in a hurry , the bathroom floors were not mopped , I went down to the reception and told one of the guys but he did not tell housekeeping , I don’t know if he understood me as another very frustrating issue is that NOBODY understands/speaks English and I think in a hotel chain like the Hilton the staff should speak English at least the ones having to do with the passengers"

"The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again."

"Hotel was clean, very large room. We did not have the breakfast and the half board dinner was adequate. We are vegan which is not catered to in Cairo in general. You could have plain rice and steamed vegetables but very boring. We stuck with the lentil soup, pizza no cheese and the baba ganoush with bread. The view of the pyramids from the upstairs dining area is spectacular."
