Basic room, great location.

Excellent location to the old town restaurants and shops, very convenient. A very basic room, but suited our needs for the night. Loud street made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to search for a plug to charge our phones.

The staff at the Hotel were exceptional! So helpful and welcoming. Karine gave us great recommendations and the hotel was perfectly situated to explore the beautiful city of Aix-En-Provence! Quality/Price=Highly recommended

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. They were the best part of the stay. The hotel's location is ideal for walking around the old city centre. We had difficulty driving to the hotel using our rental car's navigation and also Google maps as they kept trying to make us drive the wrong way down a one-way road and restricted access roads. The website says there is safe parking in front of the hotel, but there really isn't any. I got out of the car to ask the hotel staff how to get to it and where to park. They were very helpful and directed us to a nearby paid parking lot.

Nice place and near lots of the things to see in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to have a grocery store right across the street and restaurants right around the corner. No bar in the hotel not a problem as there are many nearby. The only thing I found a little bit lacking was the breakfast selection, just bread, yogurt and fruit. For 18 euros I think they could offer more of a selection. But the grocery store across the street pretty much negates that. I plan to stay here again next time I am in town.

Un grand merci pour la gentillesse et la disponibilté du personnel de jour comme de nuit. Leurs conseils pour m'orienter dans la ville m'ont été des plus précieux. A noter également le soin extrême apporté à la propreté de la chambre.

Très correct

Je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit. Hôtel très correct, chambre assez basique, pas très grande, mais propre et confortable. Éventuellement, il manquerait de quoi se préparer une boisson chaude (thé ou café) dans la chambre. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel. Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre, e juste en face d'une supérette. Une bonne adresse à retenir.

Very Good location, close to the station, parking or downtown.It is a very basic hotel, sheets, towels and bathroom very clean. Lamp and bathroom vents are dirty, the lock of the door is not safe. Is the traditional old style push button. Carpets could be replaced. The night staff person is very very helpful and nice. The reception is nice as well.

Unfortunately, the hotel was very loud - we could hear our neighbors and their party until 3am - we barely slept. The room was very small, and not super clean - we felt the hotel overcharged us. The staff and location were very good.

Très bon accueil, personnes très sympathiques, disponibles et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est bien tenu et correspond bien à notre attente. Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, très proche du centre historique.

Nuit blanche.La chambre d’à côté avait été louée à 2 « fétards » bruyants et sans gêne Fiesta de 19h à 22h45 puis retour de soirée et after à 4h45 du matin Le veilleur de nuit ne fait pas bien ses rondes car il aurait dû passer dans les couloirs pour veiller à la quiétude des clients. -la Clim avait été coupée car le réceptionniste trouvait que ce n’était plus la saison je l’ai signalé à mon arrivée mais il n’ rien voulu entendre.il faisait lourd et la chaleur était présente ces 2 jours là Ma fenêtre donnant coté route (sorte de périphérique très fréquenté) l’aération est devenue une pollution sonore visuelle et olfactive : un enfer !

Good hotel just a few minutes walk from old town. Good location, close to shops, resturats, pubs, etc. Just a little bit noisy for the street-side rooms.

Hôtel situé à proximité du centre ville donc pas d'utilisation de la voiture. Rien à dire de particulier sur l'hôtel si ce n'est qu'il est très bien pour un 2**. L'accueil à été parfait et le petit déjeuner très bien également. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Don’t stay here

This was not a pleasant experience. The worst must have been the bed which was very hard and 140 cm which is to small for two people. Day two the Air-condition stared dripping water, and continued to do so which left the carpet very wet. Checkin was not good as well. We came early and they said we would get the room 14:30, we came around 14:45 and got up to our room which was not cleaned, the bed looked liked someone just got out of it and there was rubbish everywhere. So we had to wait another 40 minutes for our room. If you are considering booking this hotel, don’t.
