"Everything was good. A little disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I get it that it was beyond your control. The other disappointment was I did not realize that the pool hours differ from the weekend to the week hours considering it was a holiday Monday for some. When my grandson and I went down at 8:30 we were told not until 9:00. So we waited for 9:00 and went back down and was told 9:30. So we swam for a little over hr. Returned to the room to shower and get ready to leave. We received a call asking if we were leaving. If the pool had been opened when said we would have been on time.
