"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little antiquated but fine. If it were modern, it’ll be excellent. Front desk: super helpful and nice. House keeping: everyone was good except for the one day. One cleaning attended didn’t do a good job and tried to make it seem us as a problem. We left the room and when we come back the the beds were kind of made and the room has a smell that wasn’t there before. Like they used a steam vacuum with old water. On top of that left now...

"The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."
